岗位职责：
1、负责临床试验中心的筛选、启动、执行及关闭工作，确保试验严格遵循GCP、试验方案及相关法规要求
2、监查研究者对实验方案的执行情况，核实受试者知情同意书签署，入选标准符合性及数据记录的准确性
3、定期进行现场访视，检查病例报告表CRF与原始数据的一致性，确保数据真实、完整且可溯源
4、监督试验用药的供应、储存、分发及回收流程，确保符合法规要求并记录完整
5、维护临床研究项目文件夹，确保文档实时更新并妥善存档
6、及时识别、报告及跟踪不良事件AE和严重不良事件SAE，确保及时合规上班
7、协助处理临床试验的突发问题（如方案偏离，受试者退出等），制定解决方案并跟进整改
8、作为申办方与研究者的核薪联络人，协调研究中心资源，推进入组进度并保障试验质量
9、定期提交监查报告，反馈试验进展，风险点及改进建议
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，临床医学、药学相关专业
2、两年及以上临床监查经验，有CRO公司的临床监查经验工作优先
3、熟悉药物开发流程，包括CCP、ICP等法规
4、文件审阅细心，责任心强
5、能适应加班、出差
