【工作职责】
1. 规划与体系建设：制定并落地年度/月度EHS工作计划、月度分析报告；修订完善EHS管理制度、经营单位应急预案并完成备案；搜集更新EHS法律法规与行业标准，搭建动态学习资料库，保障合规性。
2. 培训与应急管理：制定并实施全周期EHS培训计划，编制标准化培训课件，留存培训、考核及应急演练全流程记录，推动应急管理落地。
3. 风险与隐患管控：组织EHS巡查并跟踪隐患闭环治理；负责全面风险管理与内控建设，识别并推动重大安全风险应对；参与场站工程验收，组织事故调查并落实整改措施。
4. 会议与协同管理：组织季度安委会会议，归档纪要并推动问题整改；监督经营单位EHS培训与安全会议执行效果；对接政府监管部门、行业机构，保障内外合规协同。

【任职资格】
1. 要求：28-45周岁，全日制本科及以上学历，安全工程、工程、机械、机电、管理、石油、化工等相关专业；
2. 证书：持有【注册安全工程师执业资格】
3. 经验：5年以上安全管理工作经验，3年以上相关岗位管理经验；有中石油、中石化等大型能源央企安全管理经验优先；
4. 其他：持有C1及以上驾照且能熟练驾驶；普通话流利，身体健康，具备较强的抗压能力。
