岗位职责
1、通过抖音/短视频/快手等平台资源及线上渠道开拓优质达人进行拓展合作，包含但不限于直播、短视频合作形式拓展并建立达人资源库。
2、针对达人合作需求，负责对接、寄样、排期、谈判、并促成以直播或短视频的形式推动公司产品在各大平台的曝光率及推广带货。
3、负责分析合作达人的后台数据，根据产品匹配度寻找符合公司产品定位的带货、短视频达人及机构。
4、负责建立及更新达人信息资源库数据，根据每个达人的调性，调整话术和思路，更好的输出产品价值属性。
5、定期整理每日、周、月监控数据，(如:成交数据、佣金数据、库存数据)。
6、有效完成公司及上级交付的其他工作任务。
岗位要求
1、两年以上达人洽谈经验及优质的达人资源优先，有零食/快消类目经验优先；
2、性格外向，擅长社交、喜欢商务沟通，有激情，有良好的团队合作精神具有较强的商务拓展能力、客户维护及公关能力；
3、熟悉短视频、直播电商模式，了解各平台达人商务合作的分成模式、操作方法等；
4、具备高度的执行力，能快速响应并高效处理合作中问题，确保客户（达人/机构）满意。
