1.在中药复核中能独立完成复核任务，承担相应质量责任。

2.讲究个人卫生，工作服、工作帽要穿戴整洁，工作区域保持整洁、无杂物。班前检查和整理好调配工具，班后整理、清扫、归位，工具摆放整齐。

3.认真执行《药品管理法》、《药品经营质量管理规范》等有关规定加强质量意识。

4.对调配好的处方进行重量复核，一般每剂药的重量误差不得超过±3%，贵细药和毒性中药的误差不得超过±1%。

5.对调配好的处方审查有无配伍禁忌药物，妊娠禁忌药物，毒麻药超剂量的情况。毒性中药、细料贵重药品的调配是否得当，特殊用法药物是否给付正确并标注用法。

6.对调配好的处方复核药品剂数是否与处方相符，药品给付是否正确，药味是否齐全，有无多味、漏味、错味或参混异物等现象。

7.对调配好的处方饮片质量严格把控，有无生虫、发霉、变质等现象。有无以生代炙、生炙不分的处方给付错误，有无应捣未捣，乱代乱用等情况。

8. 发现与调剂要求不符的情况要及时请调剂人员更改，并登记。

9. 经复核无误后发放药品。

10.参与药房盘点，承担相应盈亏责任。

11.对调剂员进行专业培训和指导用药。

12.严格遵守中药调剂室的规章制度，服从领导的安排，完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，中药学、药学相关专业；熟悉中药知识。
2、有1年中药调剂调剂工作经验。
3、具有执业药师或执业中药师职称以上。
