岗位职责：
1. 全面负责引导和监督前台员工的日常工作，包括流程操作、员工培训、班次安排、考勤管理等，确保前台工作高效运转；
2. 充分发挥上传下达的纽带作用，保证前台信息流转和传递畅通、准确、及时；
3. 搜集、整理客户信息，推广酒店服务和产品，促进业绩增长；
4. 主导VIP/常住旅客接待流程，提供个性化服务，提升客户忠诚度；
5. 与宾客保持良好沟通，跟踪宾客反馈和建议，不断改进服务质量；
6. 处理宾客投诉和突发事件，建立投诉处理SOP，确保问题24小时内闭环解决，提升宾客满意度；
7. 编制日常报表，进行统计分析，评估部门及个人绩效；
8. 负责部门内人员的面试、调转、调职等人事变动，工作安排及日常管理、绩效考核及工作指导，制定并实施前厅部培训计划，提升员工专业技能和服务能力；
9. 维护前台区域安全、设备正常运转及环境整洁明亮，共同营造舒适温馨的良好氛围；
10. 与其他部门保持紧密协作，保障服务流程的无缝对接及酒店运营顺畅；
11. 完成公司及领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 大学专科及以上学历，市场营销及酒店、旅游管理等相关专业；
2. 2年以上中高端酒店前台管理经验（国内知名连锁品牌或国际品牌经验优先）；
3. 熟悉酒店前厅运营流程及业务系统实操，掌握前台收银方面的财务基础知识；
4. 具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神及问题解决能力，具有一定的销售能力。
