岗位职责：
1. 负责供应商审核全流程对接、排期预约、人员协调，统筹审核计划安排，及时跟进审核进度，确保流程高效闭环；
2. 负责供应商资料收集、核对、登记、归档，建立完善审核台账，做好过程记录与信息更新；
3. 负责供应商日常咨询接听与回复，解答审核流程、资料要求、整改要求等相关问题，做好客情沟通；
4. 及时跟进审核不合格项整改跟踪、闭环回访，处理审核过程中的突发协调事宜；
5. 熟练使用办公软件。完成数据统计、台账维护、报表汇总等；
6. 完成领导安排的其他客服工作。

岗位要求：
1. 大专及本科以上学历，工作认真细心，责任心强，沟通顺畅，服务意识良好；
2. CET-4 级别以上；
3. 熟练精通Excel、Word等办公软件，会做台账、报表、数据整理，办公操作熟练；
4. 有第三方检测、第三方审核、商超供应链客服、供应商对接相关工作经验者优先录用。
