岗位职责
1. 与业务部门建立稳固的积极的合作伙伴关系，从HR视角，为业务线提出积

围；

任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，不限专业；
2. 具备8年以上人力资源工作经验，其中至少2年HRBP相关工作经历，具有
第三方检测行业背景者优先考虑；
3. 具有良好的业务理解能力和洞察力，优秀的沟通协调、问题解决和关系建
立能力；
4. 有强烈的自我驱动力、创新精神；责任心强，认同公司文化和价值观；
5. 良好的英文沟通能力，熟练掌握Microsoft Office办公软件及擅长运用AI
工具。
