工作职责：
1. 负责实验室质量管理体系文件的编制、审核、修订、分发、归档和版本控制（包括作业指导书、记录表格等）。
2. 协助组织并协调内部审核和管理评审活动，包括制定计划、执行审核、编制报告、跟踪不符合项的整改及验证关闭。
3. 协助应对外部审核（认可机构评审、客户审计、监管检查等），准备所需文件，协调现场评审，跟踪不符合项整改及报告提交。
4. 协助组织、实施和评估实验室内部质量控制活动（如人员比对、设备比对、能力验证/测量审核等）。
5. 审核检测报告和原始记录，确保其完整性、准确性、合规性及可追溯性。
6. 负责接收、记录、调查、处理实验室内部发现的以及客户/外部反馈的不符合工作（包括投诉）。维护不符合工作、投诉及CAPA的记录。
7. 参与根本原因分析，制定有效的纠正措施和预防措施。跟踪、验证CAPA的实施效果，确保问题得到有效解决并防止再发生。
8. 协助组织实施质量管理体系、认可准则等方面的培训。
9. 维护人员技术档案（培训记录、授权记录、能力确认记录等）。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，化学相关专业。
2. 至少2年在实验室（特别是第三方实验室）从事质量管理工作的经验。
3. 熟悉并理解 ISO/IEC 17025 标准及其他相关的实验室认可准则。
4. 具有内部审核经验，持有内审员证书（如ISO/IEC 17025内审员）者优先。
5. 良好的文件编写、审核和管控能力以及强烈的责任心和原则性。
