任职条件:
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历
2.熟练掌握Java语言，熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流框架；
3.熟悉MySQL、Oracle、Redis、MongoDB、达梦、金仓等数据库技术，至少熟悉其中两种以上数据库的应用开发，具备良好的SQL优化能力；
4.熟悉分布式系统设计，了解微服务架构及相关技术（Spring Cloud)等；
5.具备良好的代码规范意识，熟悉SVN等版本控制工具；
6.具备较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能够独立解决问题；
7.了解安全开发、等保、密评等相关知识并具备相关项目开发经验者优先；
8.熟悉国产化技术生态，有以下至少一项经验：国产操作系统（如麒麟、UOS等）、国产数据库（如达梦、人大金仓等）、国产中间件（如金蝶、东方通等）；
9.了解大模型、Python相关知识并具备相关项目开发经验者优先；
10.有高并发、高性能系统开发经验者优先。
