岗位职责：
1、可制造性审查与新材料验证：参与设计评审，主导新材料、新工艺的可量产性验证，输出DFM报告及工艺文件（流程图、PFMEA、控制计划）。
2、试产问题闭环解决：主导试产全过程，快速定位工艺/设备/物料异常，组织根因分析（8D、故障树），推动改善并验证闭环。
3、质量与物耗管控：汇总稽核项目一次通过率，设定试产良率目标；统计试产物料消耗与成本，核算工艺定额，支持成本控制。
4、独立作业与跨部门协作：独立承担新机种导入全流程，协调研发、生产、品质、采购等资源，把控项目进度与质量节点。
5、工艺体系与总结优化：编制质量控制计划与检验标准，总结NPI经验教训，优化导入流程，提升量产转移效率。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，材料、物理、化学、电子、机械等理工科专业，英语读写良好，能查阅技术资料。
2、 3 年以上显示面板或显示模组行业工艺、研发或 NPI 相关工作经验。
3、熟悉 LCD、LCM 或 CTP、TFT显示原理及制造工艺流程（如切割、贴片、邦定、BLU 组装、全贴合等），有触摸屏或模组全贴合经验者优先。
4、熟悉 NPI 流程与项目管理方法，具备独立主导项目的能力。逻辑清晰，具备独立分析与解决问题的能力，能组织跨部门团队推动问题闭环。
5、掌握 APQP、FMEA、MSA、SPC、PPAP、8D 等质量工具，能熟练运用 PFMEA 进行过程风险分析。
