一、工作内容

5. 掌握分析数据能力和写PPT 报告给客户。
6. 需要到东南亚国家出差。
二、任职要求
1. 本科以上，机械工程/电子工程/自动化专业（需懂设备构造）。
2. 需要5年以上封装半导体设备领域经验：熟悉EMI设备, Molding, 激光切割等。后端封装设备。有设备厂商领域经验优先考虑。
3. 工艺理解：能解读设备参数对客户工艺结果的影响。
4. 精通设备技术规格书解读。
5. 有项目管理经验。
6. 掌握数据分析能力和写PPT 报告能力。
7. 能够用英文沟通和和读写PPT 报告能力。
8. 良好沟通能力(供应商和客户)。

工资及福利：
薪酬：基本工资+销售组独立核算奖金
福利：缴纳五险一金
工作时间：5天8小时，不定时工作制
