1. 本科以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业，具有力学、材料等专业知识；
2. 掌握结构有限元仿真与优化的流程和方法；
3. 熟悉常规CAE软件进行建模及求解计算；
4. 熟悉模态、结构强度、碰撞冲击等工况分析；
5. 英语读写流利，通过CET-4或以上；
