岗位职责：
1.清晰的思维逻辑，能根据产品需求安排测试计划、编写测试用例、独立完成项目的功能测试、回归测试，提交测试报告及整理分析等。
2.良好的沟通能力，能准确、详实的描述BUG产生的过程、BUG的现象、BUG的影响，准确地定位、分析、跟踪问题。
3.负责的态度，协助开发工程师对所提BUG进行修改和验证，跟踪促进BUG解决和完成迭代测试、回归测试等。
4.良好的组织协调，同其他测试、开发、产品、业务同事沟通和协作，推动整个项目快速顺利进行。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，具有3年以上专职性能测试经验，有JAVA开发经验优先；
2、对主流开源的性能压测工具有深⼊研究，可以二次开发；
3、精通Tomcat、Mysql、redis、MQ，并有相关调优经验；
4、有自动化测试经验，擅长selenium之类⾃动化测试框架，或掌握 shellPython脚本语言；
5、对JVM有较深⼊的了解，能够分析定位问题，并给出解决方案；
6、熟悉Linux系统，熟练在其上进行安装部署服务，并进行相关配置；
7、可以从理论知识、实践数据等层面给出调优前后的量化分析或多种方案的优劣建议，提供专业决策支撑信息；
8、良好的团队合作精神，较好的沟通、协调能力，有责任感、积极主动、学习能力强。
