岗位职责：
1、负责DFT的设计规划工作，比如Scan, MBIST, LBIST, BSD以及IP Test等;
2、负责自动测试向量的生成，完成DFT仿真验证工作和debug相关的工作;
3、负责DFT相关的SDC的集成和验证工作，支持完成时序收敛工作;
4、配合完成数字前端设计流程，比如RTL修改，Syn、FV、STA、功耗分析等;
5、支持测试和产品团队，完成ATE test工作，良率分析，量产测试诊断相关工作。

任职要求：
1、精通DFT设计（MBIST/SCAN/BSD/LBIST），仿真和测试流程，掌握和理解DFT的理论知识；
2、熟悉RTL代码，数字电路设计，综合，静态时序分析等；
3、掌握主流DFT设计验证工具，熟练掌握shell/tcl/python等脚本；
4、有很好的逻辑思维能力，沟通表达能力,团队合作能力。
