职责描述：
1. 新品介入流程管理
梳理并搭建新品从立项到量产的全流程介入机制，明确各节点输入输出、责任分工与时效要求；
推动新品介入流程在业务侧落地执行，跟踪流程运行效果并持续优化迭代；
作为新品项目的辅料接口人，协调内部研发、生产、质量、采购等跨部门资源，保障新品按期推进。
2. 新品开发支持
配合新品开发需求，开展辅料寻源、询样、送样测试及技术对接工作；
负责新品及新供应商的开发与导入，组织样品评估、小试验证、资质审核等工作；
主导或参与商务谈判、合同签订及价格确认，确保采购条款合规且具竞争力；
跟踪新品量产爬坡阶段的辅料供应稳定性，及时解决交付异常。
3. 供应商管理
建立并维护辅料供应商资源库，开展供应商分级分类管理；
组织供应商绩效评估（质量、交付、成本、服务、合规等维度），输出评价结果并推动改善；
维护核心供应商战略合作关系，定期开展业务回顾与协同改进；
识别供应链风险，制定备选方案与应急预案，保障供应连续性。
4. 其他
参与辅料成本分析与降本项目，推动采购成本持续优化；
配合质量、合规部门完成食品安全、审计等相关工作；
完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求：
1、3 年以上食品行业采购、供应链或项目管理相关经验，有辅料 / 添加剂 / 原物料采购经验者优先
2、具备项目管理经验，能独立主导跨部门项目推进，熟悉项目计划制定、进度跟踪、风险管控及复盘方法论；
3、熟悉食品原辅料行业市场动态、产品特性及技术标准；了解供应商开发与管理全流程；具备商务谈判与合同管理能力
4、较强的逻辑思维与流程搭建能力，良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，结果导向，能承受一定工作压力
5、具备良好的职业道德与廉洁意识，无不良从业记录
