岗位职责：
作为采购三支柱专家中心负责人，搭建集团采购策略、供应商全生命周期、流程制度、风控合规体系，赋能业务采购 BP、采购共享 SSC 团队。
1、主导集团重点品类中长期采购策略规划，搭建成本分析模型，牵头集团战略寻源与降本专项，达成采购成本优化目标。
2、建立集团供应商准入、分级、绩效、淘汰管理体系，识别供应链风险，输出预警与应对方案。
3、负责采购制度、SOP、招投标规范建设，联动法务内控完善采购合规管控，防范采购风险。
4、推动采购数字化建设，搭建采购数据分析体系，输出经营分析报告支撑管理层决策。
5、沉淀采购方法论与工具，牵头集团采购专项项目，为业务团队提供专业赋能与重大谈判支持。
6、负责专家团队搭建、目标管理与人才培养。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，供应链、采购、财务相关专业优先。
2、8 年以上大中型制造 / 农牧食品行业采购经验，3 年以上采购策略 / 专家团队管理经验，有采购三支柱体系建设经验优先。
3、精通品类策略、成本分析、供应商全生命周期管理，具备集团级降本与战略寻源实战经历。
4、熟悉采购招投标、内控合规，具备制度流程搭建能力；具备供应链风险研判与处置能力。
5、具备良好数据分析、项目推动、跨部门协同与向上汇报能力，能带专家型团队。
6、原则性强，职业操守良好，结果导向。
