Duties & Responsibilities职责范围：

2.负责火灾报警传感器及设备从需求定义到量产的全周期机械设计与开发，主要工作包括：
-塑料与金属零部件设计；
-使用 SolidWorks 进行 3D 建模与 2D 工程图绘制（具备 PDXpert 经验者优先）；
-原型制作、测试验证及设计优化；
-编制 BOM、技术规范、设计说明等工程文档；
-产品结构认证支持与设计问题排查；
-与跨职能团队协同推进项目落地。
3.制定并执行设计验证、可靠性及工程测试计划，确保产品性能与质量达标。
4.按照工程设计控制流程，完成设计评审、FMEA、设计验证报告等相关技术文档。
5.跟踪项目进度，确保设计工作按计划推进，并符合成本与质量目标。
6.与硬件、采购、模具、制造等本地及远程团队紧密协作，推动产品顺利开发与量产。
Qualifications & Competencies录用条件
1.机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.英语听说读写良好；
3.3年以上机械详细设计经验；精通注塑塑料件设计；至少1年跨国企业工作经验；
4.熟悉DFM、故障排查、仿真分析、可靠性技术及项目规划；
5.有消防产品、传感器、音视频、照明、无线技术或火灾报警系统经验者优先；
6.了解UL、EN等国际消防产品标准，具备认证测试经验者优先；
7.具备较强的分析能力、创新思维和问题解决能力，自驱力强，优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
