岗位职责：
严格执行公司各项管理规程，坚守 GMP 原则，及时发现并纠正影响产品质量的不良行为。
负责原料药生产关键工序、质量控制点的监控，以及中间产品、待包装产品的放行，监督车间物料管理规范执行。
监督退回及回收产品的接收、储存与销毁全流程，建立完善相关处理记录。
负责中控室管理，保障过程控制仪器正常使用并规范记录。
开展生产洁净区环境及人员卫生监督，定期汇总质量监控数据并上报。
按照规程完成原料、原料药、中间产品、工艺用水等取样工作。
定期开展质量改进调查，覆盖生产车间、公用系统等区域，涉及文件执行、现场管理、偏差变更、CAPA 落实等内容，并完成数据汇总与上报。
协助开展公用系统检查、人员培训效果评估、设备仪表校验监督等工作。
参与生产全过程偏差与异常情况调查，监督不合格品处理流程；协助不合格品原因调查、处理与确认。
参与车间技术质量分析会及公司级质量相关会议，协助完成验证、年度质量回顾等工作。
完成领导交办的其他临时性任务。
任职要求：
药学、化工、生物等相关专业本科及以上学历。
1 - 3 年制药行业 QA（原料药车间/注射剂车间）相关工作经验，熟悉 GMP 规范及药品生产质量管控流程。
具备较强的原则性、责任心及问题分析能力，能独立开展现场质量监督工作。
熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力和文档撰写能力。
