岗位职责：
1. 根据用户研发需求，从具体场景出发，研发算法系统，设计编写开发方案并实施交付；

3. 撰写研发技术相关文档，梳理用户需求并独立完成方案设计与实施；

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、物理等相关专业；
2. 三年以上研发工作经验；
3. 熟练掌握Python、C++、Java等编程语言；
4. 熟练掌握机器学习、深度学习等核心算法原理，熟悉主流开发工具；
5. 有AI项目开发或技术落地经验，具备良好的文档编写能力；
6. 熟悉 yLLM、LLaMa、01lama、deepseek等开源框架；
7. 熟悉主流关系型数据库、NoSQL数据库，掌握从各类型数据库中抽取数据并清洗入库；
8. 能独立处理复杂问题，具备较强的学习能力、项目承压能力及良好的沟通协作能力；
9. 具备软件开发相关中级以上资质认证者优先。
