7.熟悉酒店客房、餐饮、会议等产品线的服务标准与卖点，能为客户提供专业的产品解决方案；
8.能承受指标压力，适应高频客户拜访与出差，具备较强的执行力与应变能力；
9.遵守行业规范，保守酒店商业机密，维护品牌形象。
二、工作职责：
1.参与研究各种房价政策、折扣政策、优惠政策，并征询重要客人意见，协助销售部经理调整更适应市场的价格政策；
2.积极发展新客户，稳定老客户，和客户签订订房协议，及时向客户传递饭店信息，推销饭店产品，为饭店争取客源，增加效益，让客户认知酒店品牌价值及认可酒店的产品；
3.努力实现销售承诺，确保客户满意，与客户保持、发展良好的业务关系，定期登门拜访和电话拜访协议客户；
4.努力获取相关的销售信息，及时跟踪并提供详细书面报价、确认信；
5.拟写接待计划，与饭店相关部门或班组沟通、协调落实接待计划；
6.建立客户档案，收集竞争对手和同行信息，供参考；
7.征询客户意见，及时将宾客意见反馈给相关部门，并将相关处理意见回复给客户，努力使每一位客人满意。
