岗位职责：
1、数据集成组件研发，负责优化多源异构数据接入组件、设计并优化数据管道（Data Pipeline）、开发数据质量监控组件；
2、数据挖掘组件研发，构建分布式数据挖掘算法框架，设计模型管理组件，将统计算法、AI算法的分析能力嵌入数据管道，开发定制化挖掘模块；
3、平台架构设计，参与大数据平台、低码平台等底层架构设计，主导数据集成与挖掘模块的技术方案制定，确保组件的高可用性、可扩展性及性能优化；
4、探索前沿技术，推动组件技术升级，提升数据处理效率。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历；5年以上相关工作经验；
2、能够独立编写系统实现方案、设计文档等，熟悉常见的架构模式、设计模式；
3、熟悉Java技术相关技术，如：Spring服务框架、Maven构建工具、多线程、IO处理等；了解并能够使用Python、Shell等脚本语言；对Activiti工作流引擎、Spark、Flink等框架熟悉者优先；
4、具备扎实的技术基础，如：网络、容器、云原生、服务治理、系统安全等；熟悉软件开发及交付流程；
5、熟悉常见的中间件的使用及原理，如：MySQL、Redis、Kafka、ElasticSearch、Clickhouse等；
6、具备较强的TroubleShooting能力，能够熟练使用各种故障排查工具；
7、具备良好沟通能力，有较好的自我驱动力和学习能力；
8、具备一种或一种以上相关系统经验者优先：大数据平台、低码平台、流程引擎、开发者平台。
