职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. DCS/PLC平台需求开发：主导 DCS/PLC产品的需求开发，定义平台基本功能，提出产品行业解决方案，完成产品功能性能与需求验证；
2. DCS/PLC平台全生命周期维护：主导完成DCS/PLC自产品完成现场问题定位，主导完成软硬件BUG缺陷的修复，并将经验迭代进下一代产品开发；
3. DCS/PLC新研产品首台套上线项目实施支持：协助工程团队完成工程项目的工程基本设计、详细设计技术文件编写审查，对现场进行技术支持；
4. 参与新的业务领域的可行性预研论证，新业务方向上产品概念模型的定义，省部级科研课题申报和实施。
【岗位要求】
1. 学历：本科及以上电子、机电、自动控制等专业，四年相关工作经验；
2. 工作经验：DCS或PLC工程相关工作经验，有核电或风电工作经验者优先，优秀行业人才或专家待遇另谈；
3. 能力：具有较强的人际交往能力、高度责任心、积极主动；
4. 知识与技能：
1) 有软、硬件产品研发经验，熟练掌握基本办公软件工具；
2) 熟练的英语听说能力；
3) 熟悉核电或风电基础工艺及运行相关知识；熟悉自动控制原理、电子电路原理知识；了解核电行业的标准、规范、规约、行业惯例；熟悉安全级、非安全级设计原则。
4) 熟悉国内外知名厂商仪控系统；熟悉核电行业安全文化；了解国内核电背景、核电发展现状；熟悉核电厂质保规范和设计规范。
5) 掌握DCS/PLC的产品特点与技术特点；掌握工程技术开发流程和管理接口要求；
