3、负责日常安全监督管理，监督各部门安全制度培训落地，定期开展现场安全巡检、月度 / 季度专项安全检查，跟踪隐患整改闭环，确保生产全流程合规
4、负责消防设施、特种设备的运维监督，跟进问题整改与第三方维保对接，确保符合消防法规要求
5、统筹工业危废、废水、废气全流程管理，监督危废出入库规范处置，跟踪环境监测采样与数据合规
6、负责对接应急管理、环保、消防等政府部门检查，统筹迎检准备与整改跟进，确保检查合规通过
7、负责 EHS 资质证件、政府批文、特种设备许可证的收集、整理与归档管理，按要求填报环境监测等合规数据
8、根据基地需求对接外部专家，开展专项安全指导、培训与技术升级，持续提升基地 EHS 管理水平
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、制药工程等相关专业，持有注册安全工程师等相关安全管理岗位证书
2、6 年及以上生产制造行业 EHS 管理经验，具备危险化学品管理经验，熟悉医药生产工艺与 GMP 管理要求
3、精通安全生产、环境保护、消防管理相关法律法规，具备独立搭建 EHS 制度体系、开展现场管控的能力
4、具备较强的业务理解、逻辑分析与问题解决能力，优秀的组织协调、沟通表达与跨部门推动能力
5、高度自驱、认真负责，原则性强，具备团队合作精神，抗压能力强，心态积极正向
6、有制药 / 医药化工行业基地安全管理经验、政府迎检与体系认证经验者优先
