岗位职责：
1.负责对生产所使用起始物料和退库物料的流转和质量情况进行监督检查。
2.负责对整个生产过程、结果及记录进行质量查证、审核、考核，及时发现车间生产中存在的质量问题及隐患点，并通知车间消除或改进。
3.负责日常监督检查生产（包括仓储）现场、操作、卫生、文件等是否符合规定。
4.负责中间产品、成品的取样，包括验证及生产试验样品，负责检验报告单的下发工作。
5.监督不合格物料的销毁。
6.参与企业质量管理体系内审，并监督检查改进和落实情况。
7.负责车间洁净区日常监测，公用系统验证、清洁验证等管理及取样工作。
8.负责完成领导交办的其他工作事项。
任职要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，药学相关专业
