一、岗位职责：
1.独立负责建筑装饰项目中给排水、暖通空调系统的方案设计、施工图深化设计、图纸审核及技术交底工作。
2.驻场指导水暖设备安装，全面监督施工质量、安全与进度，有效解决现场出现的各类技术难题与施工冲突。
3.配合机电团队完成系统综合调试与验收，确保系统集成高效、稳定，完全符合国家设计规范及绿色节能标准。
4.准确编制工程材料及设备清单，参与设备的选型、询价与技术评标，有效进行成本控制。
5.负责整理和编制竣工图及技术文档，并在项目交付后提供必要的技术支持。
6.高效完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作任务。
二、任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历，暖通、给排水、建筑环境与能源设备工程及相关专业，持有中级工程师暖通职称证书优先（北京人社可查询）。
2、具备8年及以上装饰工程（工装）项目水暖设计及施工管理经验。
3、精通AutoCAD、Revit等设计软件，能独立完成施工图深化和模型。熟练掌握《民用建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计规范》(GB50736)等国家现行设计、施工及验收规范。
4、具备出色的现场协调、沟通和解决问题的能力，能承受较强的工作压力。
5、拥有高度的责任心和团队协作精神，能有效组织资源，协助团队达成整体目标。
6、具备良好的管理意识和监管技巧，能对施工队伍进行有效技术指导和管理。
7、此岗位涉及出差，需驻项目现场。
