岗位职责：
1、负责公司档案系统功能模块设计、研发工作；
2、能够基于需求文档能进行相关设计文件编写；
3、能够独立完成功能模块开发，BUG修复工作；
4、积极参与系统重构工作，优化系统架构设计，提升系统性能与可扩展性。
任职要求：
1、JAVA基础知识扎实、3年以上Java开发经验；
2、熟练使用java开发，对多线程有一定的了解、使用以及调优；
3、熟练使用java开发框架或分布式架构：springBoot，springCloud；
4、熟练使用mybatis持久层框架；
5、至少熟练使用一种关系数据库与非关系数据库，包括：mysql、人大金仓、达梦MongoDB、redis；
6、熟悉java编程思想，java设计模式，并有应用实践；
7、熟悉elasticsearch、mq、activi；
8、能熟练使用linux命令，能够独立搭建基础环境；
9、能够熟练输出相关技术文档材料；
10、具有系统性能调优能力优先；
11、具有企业或政务产品工作经验优先；
12、具有档案行业经验者优先。
