3、大模型应用落地：结合粮油行业需求，参与大模型微调、Prompt工程及应用开发，赋能智能客服、文档解析等场景，负责性能优化与效果迭代。
4、技术调研与迭代：跟踪LLM、MCP、A2A等前沿技术，结合行业痛点开展调研验证，推动新技术落地，提升产品智能化水平。
5、运维与协作：负责后端系统、RPA流程及智能体应用的日常调试、故障排查与运维；撰写技术文档，配合跨团队完成需求拆解、项目交付，参与技术分享。
任职要求：
1、本科以上、精通Python，具备扎实后端功底，熟练数据结构、算法及设计模式，能独立开发；1-3年Python开发经验，有完整RPA/AI智能体项目经验者优先。
2、了解大模型原理、微调及Prompt工程，有AI智能体/大模型落地经验者优先，能结合业务赋能。
3、有RPA实战开发经验，熟悉影刀等工具者优先，可独立设计优化复杂流程。
4、有粮油/制造业信息化、Linux运维经验者优先，可快速理解行业业务。
5、熟悉Flask、FastAPI（FastMCP优先），掌握数据库优化及Redis缓存；懂AI编程工具，有分布式、高并发经验加分。
6、具备较强问题排查、逻辑思维及自学能力，能跟进前沿技术；沟通协调佳，有团队精神，责任心与抗压性强。
