岗位职责：
1. 负责根据产品需求完成公司产品底层接口及业务逻辑开发和优化；
2. 负责与架构师对接，熟悉项目的开发计划，及项目的概要设计；
3. 与前端开发工程师合作，根据前端需要完成展示数据，进行底层接口逻辑和交互实现；
4. 快速响应产品迭代以及优化升级，持续优化系统效率，并保持良好兼容性，接口通用性及参数的灵活性；
5. 具备良好的沟通能力。
6. 有java项目设计经验、ERP产品开发经验者，熟悉ERP业务或oracle相关企业管理软件者优先。
任职要求：
1. 具备扎实的JAVA基础知识，精通多线程编程，熟悉数据结构方面知识，具备独立开发调试能力
2. 熟练使用Spring、SpringBoot、Mybatis、MybatisPlus等技术框架；
3. 对微服务体系（Spring Cloud)的服务注册发现、负载均衡、网关、熔断、限流、高并发等有深入的应用和实践；
4. 熟悉Mysql或Postgres数据库，熟练使用SQL；
5. 熟练使用linux的基本命令，熟悉redis，ES等缓存技术；
6. 有对数据库大批量数据高效处理经验者优先；
7. 有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验，优先考虑。
