4.策划并实施线上营销活动，结合中成药产品特性打造爆款方案；
5.管理电商运营团队，包括店铺运营、内容营销、视觉设计、客户服务等岗位
6.优化用户购物体验与客户服务流程，提升复购率与客户满意度
7.负责电商数据监测与分析，定期输出运营报告并提出改进方案
8.协调供应链、仓储物流及客服团队，确保运营各环节高效衔接
9.关注行业政策法规，确保中成药线上销售合规运营
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，医药、营销、电子商务等相关专业优先
2.5年以上电商运营经验，其中至少3年团队管理经验，有医药、保健品、大健康类产品运营经验者优先
3.精通天猫、京东等主流电商平台运营规则与推广工具，有成功打造爆款产品的案例
4.熟悉中成药或健康类产品的市场特性与消费者行为，具备较强的市场洞察力
5.出色的数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动运营决策
6.具备优秀的团队领导能力、沟通协调能力和项目推动能力
7.对中医药文化有一定了解，认同健康养生理念
