【岗位职责】
1、负责游戏客户端的核心模块和功能开发、调试与优化工作；
2、协助主程进行客户端框架搭建工作；
3、与策划、美术、后端工程师紧密协作，准确实现游戏玩法、UI/UX交互系统，确保项目高质量落地；
4、负责 Unity 场景搭建、资源整合、动画状态机设计物理系统调试，保障场景运行流畅性；进行项目性能优化，包括DrawCall 优化、内存占用控制、帧率稳定、加载速度提升等。
5、配合美术团队完成资源导入、效果调试，确保视觉呈现符合设计要求。

【任职要求】
1、计算机或相关专业本科以上学历；
2、熟练掌握C＃语言，并能够独立完成核心功能模块；
3、具有3年及以上Unity3D游戏客户端开发经验，完整经历过至少一款及以上Unity3D项目开发过程，并独立负责过核心模块的开发工作；
4、熟悉常见游戏算法（如寻路、碰撞检测、状态机）与数据结构，具备一定的性能优化意识。熟悉渲染、shader者优先；
5、热爱游戏，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；有强烈责任心，能承受压力和接受挑战；
6、熟悉AI辅助编程工具，如Cursor、Trae、Claude Code者优先。
