一、岗位职责
1、维护 EHS 合规体系，跟踪法规动态，参与 ISO45001/14001 体系运行与内审；
2、组织生产区域 EHS 巡检，排查设备、危化品、环保设施等风险，跟踪隐患整改；
3、制定 EHS 培训计划，开展新员工入职安全培训及日常宣导；
5、组织 5S 活动推进，制定区域标准，配合检查与改进；
6、统计 EHS 数据，对接监管机构，参与新项目 EHS 评审。

二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，2026 届应届生，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业；
2、了解 EHS 基础法规及 ISO 体系，有相关实习经历者优先（有安评、环评报告编制经验者优先）；
3、具备风险识别、沟通协调能力，责任心强、原则性高；
4、11 月起可到岗实习，能适应实习期间工作安排。

三、薪资福利
1、本科生6-8K/月，硕士8-10K/月。
2、公司包食宿，有带薪年假，带薪病假，每年员工体检，按公司制度享受年终奖。
