一、岗位职责
1. 负责公司相关产品平台核心代码开发，涉及算法；
2. 参与需求对接、需求分析、软件系统架构设计以及部分代码开发；
3. 能够进行系统重构与优化，设计性能、算法以及大规模数据处理；
4. 能够进行技术调研以及难点攻关；
5. 能够根据客户需求编写技术文档；
6. 能够指导初级程序开发人员进行软件开发。

二、任职要求
1. 本科，3-5年开发经验；硕士，2年以上开发经验，计算机相关专业毕业；
2. 熟练使用多种微服务框架，能够进行数据服务相关设计及开发；
3. 熟练使用多种关系型数据库，如DM数据库、MySQL、Redis。并可进行数据库表设计；
4. 有良好的代码习惯和自主学习能力，能够进行业务抽象、系统重构、架构设计等方面工作；
5. 有*、仿真建模项目经验者优先；
6. 接受出差驻场，接受内网开发、有一定抗压能力。
