二、工作经验
具有5年以上药品生产、质量管理和质量控制方面的实践经验，从事过药品注册资料整理，注册工艺核查，药品生产技术转移等方面工作。具有国内GMP、FDA GMP 、欧盟GMP现场符合性检查经验。
三、技能要求
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。能与企业内部的各个部门进行沟通和协调，包括生产、质量控制、研发、工程等。
具有问题解决和决策能力。需要具备分析问题、找出根本原因并提出解决方案的能力。
在做出决策时，需要考虑到各种因素，如法规要求、企业利益、成本效益等，做出合理的决策。
熟悉药品相关确认与验证工作，可以指导设备验证、清洁验证、工艺验证、分析方法验证的实施。
熟悉质量管理工具和方法。如统计过程控制（SPC）、质量风险管理、六西格玛等。这些工具和方法可以帮助实施人员更好地进行质量控制和改进，提高药品生产的质量和效率。例如，使用 SPC 可以对生产过程中的关键参数进行监控和分析，及时发现异常情况并采取措施进行纠正。
英语能力。需要具备一定的英语阅读、写作和口语能力，以便能够理解和应用 FDA GMP、欧盟GMP 的要求，能够用英语从容应对国内、国外的各种审核。
经历过FDA、欧盟GMP现场审核或官方认证，能够指导各部门进行缺陷整改并编制缺陷问题整改报告。
