岗位职责
1、运用Python技术栈开发并维护Web后端服务，保障系统稳定高效运行，尤其在大语言模型应用场景下，优化性能确保与模型流畅交互。
2、参与系统架构设计，依据业务需求技术选型，参与应用开发全生命周期，包括RAG、LLM评估、API集成、性能优化和应用部署等。
3、协同前端团队，实现前后端数据交互与功能对接，推动项目进展，并将AI功能整合到现有产品中。
4、关注互联网和AI技术的*新发展方向，评估并应用新技术。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业，2年Python研发经验，熟练掌握Flask或Django等Web框架。
2、熟悉常用数据库操作，能在大模型应用场景下合理进行数据建模与存储设计。
3、了解RESTful API规范，熟练实现前后端交互，有与主流AI模型服务商API对接经验更佳。
4、具备良好的服务意识、沟通能力和团队协作精神，持续学习并乐于分享。
5、有生成式AI应用开发经验者优先，熟练LangChain、LlamaIndex、Dify等框架优先，熟悉深度学习框架（如TensorFlow、PyTorch等）及生态优先。
