4. 长期合作生态构建：维护与酒店合作伙伴的长期战略关系，定期优化合作模式，提升资源黏性与续约率；
5. 跨部门协同赋能：与运营、渠道销售、市场等部门紧密协作，通过资源整合与流程优化，驱动酒店产品利润率持续提升。
任职要求：
1. 学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，旅游管理/酒店管理相关专业优先；
2. 核心经验要求：具备海外/港澳酒店直采、酒店销售或国际供应链管理经验者优先，熟悉行业规则与资源网络；
3. 能力素质：
