3) 精通 J2EE/ JAVA 相关技术，熟悉 Spring Boot 、Spring Cloud 等开发架构；
4) 熟练使用例如MySQL、SQL Server、Oracle、达梦等数据库，有较强的数据库设计能力；
5) 要求具备良好的软件编程习惯，按照规范标准进行程序开发；
6) 具有良好的逻辑思维和团队沟通协作能力，对工作认真负责，能够承担一定工作压力；
7) 熟悉软件代码的提交，编译，测试，发布，部署；熟悉DevOps的流程与实现；
8) 了解和熟悉国内JAVA低代码开发平台（如JEECG,JFINAL等）的架构设计与实现，及利用低代码开发平台进行软件系统开发；
9) 有大型复杂业务系统设计开发经验优先；
10) 能独立完成软件开发方案，有系统架构设计、技术管理和项目管理经验优先；
11) 有离散制造业ERP/MES开发经验优先；
12) 了解船舶海工装备制造业企业业务优先；
