岗位职责：
1.达人拓展与合作洽谈：利用各种渠道挖掘冰拓展电商达人资源，包括但不限于抖音、小红书等KOL,KOC、优质素人建立丰富的达人资源库,完成达人对接，完成寄样、上刊、带货等合作流程。
2.达人关系维护：建立并维护与达人、MCN机构的良好合作关系，跟进合作效果，促进长期合作，定期更新达人画像（粉丝量、带货数据、合作偏好）。
3.合作项目管理：根据品牌营销需求，制定达人合作方案，可独立完成合作条件（佣金、排期）谈判，跟进执行节点、落地选品、脚本、拍摄发布、数据跟踪等全流程，确保GMV目标达成。
4.数据分析与优化：跟踪达人内容表现，整理合作数据，如CPE、互动率，分析转化情况，优化达人筛选和合作策略，提供周期性效果报告。
5.资源整合与跨部门协作协同运营团队，推动达人内容和品牌活动结合，如挑战赛、热点营销，挖掘爆款潜力。
6.市场信息收集：持续了解行业趋势、竞品达人动向，为公司策略制定提供信息支持。

任职要求：
1.大专及以上学历，3、5年以上达人BD、内容电商相关经验优先；
2.了解抖音、小红书等内容平台规则，熟悉带货流程及达人合作形式；
3.沟通能力强，执行力高，有较强的商务谈判能力与项目推动能力；
4.有基础的数据敏感度；
5.有达人/MCN资源或供应链资源者优先。

加分项：
有以下类目经验者优先：食品、健康、家纺等；
有成功推进达人带货项目案例；
有搭建或管理达人池经验。
