5、熟悉使用Redis，对ElasticSearch、MongoDB等有使用经验。
6、有大数据量和高并发系统的设计能力；能制订一些高可用性、高扩展性的系统解决方案。
7、有良好的沟通表达能力，较强的责任心及团队合作意识，乐于分享自己的经验积累，工作积极主动，能承受一定得工作压力。
8、具有高并发和海量数据等工作经验的优先考虑。"
