任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业，5年及以上java开发经验，热爱运动，有互联网开发和运动社交系统开发经验优先。
2、精通Spring Boot/Spring Cloud等微服务架构设计，熟悉MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus等ORM工具，掌握Spring MVC原理。
3、具备Kafka、RocketMQ等消息队列及Redis、Memcached等缓存技术的实战经验；了解分布式事务处理、负载均衡（如Nginx/Tomcat部署）及Nacos等中间件的应用。‌‌‌‌
4、熟练掌握MySQL/Oracle等关系型数据库，具备SQL调优及索引优化能力；了解NoSQL（如MongoDB/Redis）的应用场景
5、有大规模分布式系统设计经验，理解JVM调优、缓存机制（如LRU策略）及多线程编程（如并发控制、线程池优化）。‌‌
‌6、能够独立完成系统架构设计，参与过中大型项目（如电商、社交系统）的研发，熟悉CAP理论、了解地图相关知识等
7、会使用GIS工具和库（如GeoTools， PostGIS等）进行海量空间数据的处理、计算、存储和分析
8、具有缓冲区分析、叠加分析、路径分析、邻近分析等相关经验。
9、数字常用数据格式Shapefile, GeoJSON, KML/KMZ, GML, 栅格数据（TIF, IMG等）以及常用坐标系及其之间的转换
10、有Jenkins/Docker/K8s/阿里云服务使用相关经验。
11、能够独立承担模块研发，良好的需求理解能力，能与技术团队、产品经理有效沟通；具备问题分析与解决能力，能承受高压工作环境。
有场馆、赛事、商城相关工作经验者优先考虑。
