工作职责Main Responsibilities：
学习掌握制鞋版师相关工作，包括：
Learn master the constructrelated tasks, including:
1. 学习新楦头母版的制作，制作简单鞋面并检测纸版是否合楦。
Learn to make copy of new last, make pull-over check if it fits.
2. 根据ECCO标准核对并修改纸版，核对完整技术文件和材料清单。
Check correct the patterns according to ECCO standards, check the whole Tech file BOM.
3. 在系统中制作级放规则, 并在主管批复后把级放明细转交给GDM制定刀模明细。
Make grading rules in system transfer the grading specifications fGDM to the dies specifications after approved by the supervisor.
4. 准备各个开发阶段的技术包裹，包括纸版、参考鞋面或鞋子、工具等，并下单生产样鞋。
Prepare the packages at all stages with the patterns, reference uppers shoes tools, placeder fsample production.
5. 与生产部门一起参加各个开发阶段的会议，解决会议中协商一致的问题。
Attend all meetings with production at all stages get the issues solved as agreed at the meetings.
6. 跟踪试穿测试情况；跟踪P4/P7/PCS的审批通过情况；到样品线和生产车间跟踪了解所负责鞋型的情况。
Follow up fit wear test, follow up the approval fP4/P7/PCS, go to the pilot line production to check relevant articles.
7. 撰写各开发阶段的报告，将各个阶段的更改信息发给相关部门。
Make reports about each development stage send out the information fall the changes at each stage to corresponding departments.
8. 与外部工厂就鞋型构造问题沟通交流。
Communicate with external units fconstruction issues.
任职要求Required Qualifications：
1. 具备制鞋相关专业教育背景。
With educational background in shoemaking related majors.
2. 具备相关制鞋开版经验。
Relevant working experience in shoe construction.
3. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
Good communication ability team spirit.
