Job Responsibilities 工作职责: 1.Control all DIP machinery processes by managing parameters, setting DIP lines handing over to production, solving injection problems, supporting other functions in setting injection relevant standards. 通过管理参数、设定注塑产线并移交给生产部、解决注塑问题及协助其他团队制定与注塑关联的标准，来管控所有注塑设备和工艺流程。 2.Ensure all DIP tools incl. moulds, lasts jigs are in good condition, support new mould testing introduction of new DIP methods tooling. 确保所有注塑工具，如模具、鞋楦、位置板等处于良好状态，协助新模具测试工作及新注塑工艺和工具的引入。 3.Control DIP quality capacity by establishing key variables, supporting process variation control, new DIP equipment installation. 通过设定关键变量目标，协助过程变量控制及新注塑设备安装验证，对注塑品质和能力进行有效管控。 4.Responsible fDIP related new article introduction process development. 负责注塑相关的新产品导入和工艺开发。 5.Involve in DIP machine preventive maintenance scheme operation risk assessment, ensure machine guarding safe operation procedures in place. 参与注塑设备预防性维修计划和操作风险评估，确保机器防护和安全操作流程到位。 6.Responsible frelated documentation, reporting best practice sharing. 负责相关文档、报告和*佳实践的制作和保存。 7.Train mentinjection molding technicians. 培训并指导注塑技术员。 Required Qualification资质要求: 1.Education: Bachelor’s degree higher in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechatronics, a closely related discipline. 教育背景：机械工程、制造工程、高分子工程、机电一体化或相关专业本科或以上学位。 2.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding process engineering, preferably in the footwear, rubber, plastics manufacturing industry. Direct experience with DIP footwear machinery is strongly preferred. 工作经验：至少3-5年注塑工艺工程实践经验，有鞋类、橡胶或塑料制造业相关工作经验者优先，有鞋类注塑设备经验者优先。 3.DIP Machinery: Practical experience with one more DIP machine platforms from: DESMA, MAIN GROUP Technologies, Stemma S.r.l., WINTECH, Tien Kang, Dongguan Kingstone, SONC, Zhejiang Kingrich, JIC Machine. Understanding of PU, TPU, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), thermoplastic rubber (TPR/TR), EVA injection processes. 注塑设备：具备以下一个或多个注塑设备的实践经验：DESMA、MAIN GROUP、Stemma S.r.l.、WINTECH、天康、东莞金石、SONC、浙江金瑞驰或JIC机械。了解聚氨酯（PU）、热塑性聚氨酯（TPU）、聚氯乙烯（PVC）、热塑性橡胶（TPR/TR）和乙烯醋酸乙烯酯（EVA）的注塑工艺。 4.Tooling Knowledge: Experience in mould last management, mould trial protocols, nip line optimization fDIP footwear tooling. Familiarity with conventional aluminum CNC moulds 3D-printed DIP tooling methods advantageous. 模具知识：具备模具和鞋楦管理、模具测试及合模线优化的经验。熟悉传统铝制数控模具和3D打印注塑模具工具方法者优先。 5.Automation: Experience with robotic integration injection moulding lines. Familiarity with ABB robotics equivalent industrial robots used in footwear DIP automation cells is advantageous. 自动化：具备在注塑产线中采用机器人的经验。熟悉ABB机器人或鞋类注塑中的同类工业机器人将优先考虑。 6.Standards: Knowledge of EN ISO 20345, EN ISO 20347 footwear standards. Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems IQ/OQ/PQ machine qualification protocols. 标准：了解EN ISO 20345、EN ISO 20347鞋类标准。熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系以及IQ/OQ/PQ机器认证协议。 7.Language: good reading & writing English ability able to communicate in English. 语言：良好的英文读写能力，可以用英文沟通。
