5、精通Oracle,sqlServer等数据库的应用，有大型MIS系统构建经验，具有相关应用开发经验及数据库规划能力；
6、了解*新的技术及发展趋向，网络知识经验丰富，懂得怎样衡量各种设计方法的利弊，懂得平衡各种开发局限的制约；
7、极强的文档撰写能力，良好的英文阅读能力；
8、逻辑分析能力、学习能力和创新能力强，具有团队合作精神，良好的语言表达及沟通能力。
