岗位职责：

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，并有三年以上后端开发经验。计算机相关专业背景更佳。
2.具有扎实的Java编程基础，熟悉常用的设计模式、多线程编程、JVM调优技术及HTTP、TCP/IP协议。
3.熟练使用SpringBoot、Mybatis等常用框架
4.熟悉主流工作流引擎，至少精通一种（Activiti/Flowable/Camunda）
5.熟练掌握Redis、MQ、ES等常用中间件，能够在实际开发中进行使用和调试。
6.熟练掌握MySQL数据库及相关工具，具有SQL优化能力。
7.熟悉常用的开发工具，如Maven、Git、Jenkins、Idea等。
8.能够独立完成所负责模块的设计和编码任务，并对代码质量负责。
9.具有较强的责任心和自主学习能力，较强的沟通协调能力，能够与其他团队成员协作共同完成项目任务。
