3、深入理解Linux操作系统，熟悉操作系统运维管理；
4、熟悉一种NoSQL产品如Redis, Memcached等；拥用ORACLE OCP或者OCM证书优先； 5、较强的责任心，工作严谨细心，性格沉稳；
6、善于沟通，具备团队精神，能承受较大的工作压力；
