职责描述：
1、设备全生命周期管理平台的建设：作为设备部代表，负责设备全生命周期管理平台项目建设，协调各方资源按计划推进项目实施，包括前期技术需求的整理、招投标、蓝图设计、开发及配置、系统调试及上线等全过程管理，全程跟进项目执行，及时发现和解决项目推进中的问题，确保项目按期保质交付，满足设备管理预期需求；
2、设备全生命周期管理平台的运维管理：平台上线后，全面负责设备管理平台的运维工作，做好平台用户权限设置与管理、平台数据的分析、维护与备份、平台性能监控与优化等日常管理，及时处理平台运行中的故障和问题，保障设备全生命周期管理平台的正常使用。
3、资产管理工作：根据平台建设的运用，优化公司设备类资产管理政策和流程，负责公司设备类资产的全面管理，包括资产的验收、变更、处置、盘点及档案管理等工作，完成周期性报表及数据分析，为设备部的日常运维提供基础数据支撑。
4、负责与各相关部门（如仓储、财务、采购及用户）使用系统（如SAP、SCADA等）的对接管理，负责日常数据交互，处理因相关系统及流程变更等引起的设备管理平台的变更。
5、熟悉GMP/FDA等对设备计算机化系统管理的要求，参与/组织有关设备的相关质量分析、评估等活动，包括但不限于审计、变更、偏差、CAPA等。
6、部门安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机软件、工业自动化、软件工程及运动控制等相关专业。
2、至少5年以上相关工作经验，有主导过设备全生命周期管理系统建设的全过程的履历，熟悉生物科技公司设备管理经验者优先。
3、熟悉ModBus协议读写PLC数据，懂设备数据采集及控制，熟悉主流数据库语句及存储过程的编写；
4、具备良好的服务意识和团队精神，良好的沟通及协调能力。
5、语言：英语四级及以上；英语口语熟练者更优。
