岗位职责
按标准方法（SOP）完成蛋白样品的 HPLC/UPLC 检测，包括纯度、聚体、含量等常规项目。
负责仪器日常操作与简单维护：开关机、校准、系统适用性检查、记录维护等。
按要求进行样品前处理，确保数据准确。
使用数据处理软件（如 Empower / Chromeleon）进行积分与结果记录。
按照 QC 流程完成原始记录、电子记录和批记录填写，确保数据可追溯。
协助进行试剂、缓冲液配置、耗材管理与实验室日常整理。
发现异常结果或仪器问题时，及时报告并协助排查。
任职要求
大专及以上学历，生物、药学、化学相关专业。
熟练掌握 HPLC 基本原理，设备的维护操作，能独立完成常规上机操作。
有蛋白类样品（单抗、重组蛋白等）分析经验者优先。
工作认真、细致，能严格遵守 QC 流程和实验室规范。
有蛋白QC 工作经验者优先。
