3. 知识管理：组织项目团队成员完成各阶段报告，对项目信息进行记录、分析和总结，保证项目数据和报告的保存符合公司知识管理规则。
4. 风险管理：识别项目风险，跟踪项目进展中的变更、偏差及其他风险，并推动解决。
5. 沟通与协调：协调项目所需的资源，确保资源合理分配，以支持项目的顺利进行。与相关部门和利益相关者进行有效沟通。确保所有相关方，理解项目目标和进展。
6. 流程建设：协助完善、优化项目管理体系建设与流程建设工作。
任职要求：
1. 学历及专业：硕士以上学历，生物学相关专业，或相关本科学历加上5年以上在生物，化工，食品，医药等相关行业工作经验；
2. 英语六级及以上，中英文的阅读和沟通能力强；
3. 领导能力和团队合作精神，具备良好的沟通和谈判能力，能推动项目进行和资源协调
4. 有研发项目管理经验，对市场分析，财务分析和预算控制有一定了解，有相关项目管理证书优先
5. 工作态度认真，注重细节，责任心强，有创业精神
