The Role:
The position reports to the SeniCosting Manager manages multiple brands BrCosting team. Position works with key supply chain leaders, global development, Asia factories, suppliers. Responsible fhigh level negotiating factory making costs, delivering seasonal pricing at target MFP margin. Manager assesses improves costing guidelines procedures. Position also works with global costing management to execute costing strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategy Development
- Contribute to the implementation of best practice, costing strategy, policies, processes procedures aimed to improve operational performance.
- Ensure efficient costing processes are in place to take on project lead.
61 General Task Management
- Support continuous improvement through cost engineering techniques processes, identifying inefficiencies cost optimization opportunities.
- Monitreview reports information to detect, assess, identify problems with recommendations to resolve.
- Manage deliver optimal results from vendsupplier negotiations.
- Provide strategic operational information fleadership.
People Management
- Manage, coach, develop, optimize team performance to deliverganization’s goals.
- Effectively manage BrCosting team to deliver brseasonal MFP margin targets.
- Set direction fteam OKRs(Objective/Key Results), review assess ongoing performance of direct reports.
- Develop maintain strong relationships with center of functional departments Factory Partner vendors.
