岗位职责：
1、负责ERP软件全流程UI设计，包括需求分析、低保真原型、高保真设计、设计交付等环节。
2、制定并落地ERP产品的设计规范与组件库，统一视觉风格，提升团队设计效率。
3、与产品经理、开发工程师协作，确保设计方案准确落地，解决开发过程中的设计问题。
4、收集用户反馈与业务部门需求，定期优化界面设计，提升ERP系统的用户体验与操作流畅度。
5、关注B端设计行业趋势，将前沿设计理念与ERP业务结合，输出更具竞争力的设计方案。
6、承担公司对外宣传推广的平面设计等其他工作。

任职资格：
1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，视觉设计、UI/UX设计、数字媒体等相关专业。
2、软件技能：熟练使用Figma、Sketch、Adobe系列（PS/AI）等设计工具，掌握Axure原型软件。
3、经验要求：
①1-3年UI设计经验，有B端产品设计经验者优先（无B端经验需有完整移动端/PC端设计案例）。
②具备独立的平面设计能力，胜任图像处理，有宣传册、海报、网站banner等平面设计作品。
4、基本素养：具备良好的审美能力、沟通能力，能理解产品需求并转化为设计方案。
5、沟通能力：能清晰表达设计方案，协调产品、开发团队达成共识，推动设计落地。
6、理解能力：具备较强的逻辑思维，能应对ERP系统复杂的功能层级与数据展示需求。
7、学习能力：快速掌握ERP行业知识与新业务模块，适应软件迭代节奏。
8、有成熟的ERP、OA、CRM等B端产品设计案例者优先。
