任职资格:
1、工民建，土木工程，建筑工程相关专业本科及以上学历。
2、至少5年项目经理岗位管理经验，独立负责过中型以上房建、公共建筑或基础设施项目。熟悉EPC等模式，具备全周期项目管理经验。
3、持有一级建造师、安全B证等职业证书，中高级工程师职称优先考虑。
4、优秀的组织协调能力、计划能力，成本意识强，工作细致，具有极强的责任心和事业心。
5、接受项目所在地常驻或频繁出差。
